Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel that has been worn or washed
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Return
- Initiate Return: Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return
- Print Label: Download and print the prepaid return label
- Pack Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
- Ship: Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the items within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation once processed
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is FREE for all eligible returns within India. International return shipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
