Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Here is our cancellation policy:
- Within 1 Hour: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement directly from the "My Orders" section in our app.
- Before Shipping: If the order has not been dispatched yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email.
- After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return request after receiving the product.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn or removed from original hygienic seals cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email/notification to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Gift cards.
- Partial returns of promotional "Combo Sets".
